1. About these terms
These terms are issued by Integrated Solutions and Technology W.L.L., a limited liability company registered in the State of Qatar (Commercial Registration No. 123340, Commercial Licence No. 260142). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2. Use of this website
This website gives general information about the company and its services. We try to keep it accurate and current, but its content may change and is not an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or attempt to access it in ways other than through its public pages.
3. Our services and their availability
Our software development, systems analysis, data and document, and software integration services are provided under a separate written agreement with each customer. That agreement sets out the scope, price, timing and responsibilities for the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
Our WhatsApp Business Platform integration service is not yet available. It depends on approvals from Meta that the company does not yet hold. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide that service, and the company is not currently a Meta Tech Provider, Meta Business Partner or approved WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. If the service becomes available, it will be provided under a separate written agreement and the additional terms in section 4.
4. Additional terms for WhatsApp services (when available)
A business that uses our WhatsApp integration service (a “Customer”) agrees that:
- it connects and owns its own WhatsApp Business account, phone number and display name, and completes Meta’s onboarding steps for them;
- it will comply with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy;
- it will obtain each recipient’s consent before messaging them on WhatsApp, honour requests to stop, and use approved message templates where WhatsApp requires them;
- it will not send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited content, and will keep its WhatsApp business profile accurate;
- it will not process data obtained through the service in any way that would breach Meta’s terms or policies or applicable law;
- Meta’s charges for WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to the Customer’s own WhatsApp account, under Meta’s published pricing, and are separate from any fee agreed with us; and
- we may suspend or end the Customer’s use of the service if Meta requests it, or if we reasonably believe the Customer is breaching these terms, Meta’s terms or the law.
The WhatsApp Business Platform is operated by Meta. Its availability, features and pricing are set by Meta and may change, and we are not responsible for Meta’s decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Integrated Solutions and Technology W.L.L., unless stated otherwise. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC, and Meta is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. These names are used only to describe the platform our planned service is designed to work with. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Meta or WhatsApp.
6. Links to other websites
Where this website links to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by the laws of the State of Qatar, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Qatari law. Liability for our services is governed by the written agreement for those services.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our data deletion instructions explain how to ask us to delete it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms, and the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
