1. Who can make a request
Anyone whose personal information we hold can ask us to delete it, including:
- people who have emailed or called us;
- contact people at our business customers;
- people who received WhatsApp messages from a business using our service (once that service is available); and
- people who connected a business account to our application using Facebook Login.
2. How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@integratedsolutions.space with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- Include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us.
- If your request concerns WhatsApp messages you received, include your WhatsApp phone number and the name of the business that messaged you.
- If you connected a business account through Facebook Login, include the name of that business.
You do not need an account with us, and there is no charge.
3. If you used Facebook Login
You can remove our application’s access at any time from your Facebook account settings. Open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (for business accounts, also Business integrations), select our application and remove it. Then email us as described above, so we also delete the data we received through it.
4. What happens next
- We confirm that we received your request, normally within 5 working days.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address or phone number concerned, so that nobody else can delete or obtain your information.
- We delete your personal information from our systems within 30 days of confirming your request.
- We email you to confirm that the deletion is complete.
5. Information we may have to keep
We may keep a limited amount of information when the law requires it, for example invoices and accounting records, or when it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim. We will tell you what we kept and why. We keep it only for as long as required.
6. WhatsApp messages from businesses
When we process WhatsApp messages (once that service is available), we do so on behalf of the business that sent them. If you ask us, we will delete the data we hold about you for that business and pass your request on to the business, which controls its own records. You can also contact the business directly.
Information held by WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
